Important Announcement:

I will not be accepting any new clients at this time. I am in the process of gathering materials to submit to the licensing board, and take my exam to become a licensed marriage and family therapist. I can still be reached via email, but no longer via phone. Once I begin taking clients again, I will take this message down. Please continue reading to learn about my therapy style.

The therapeutic process can allow us to return back to ourselves.  I approach therapy from a non-judgemental, warm, curious and compassionate place.

We can explore your thoughts, behaviors, and connect with where you feel emotions within the body. In our therapeutic relationship, we can explore where you feel fulfilled and where you feel stuck.

I utilize a client-centered, anti-oppressive approach and can include outdoor sessions or art directives to further connect with the mind and body.

I am committed to utilizing therapy in an anti-racist way, and can support those in the LGBTQIA+ community, sex workers, non-monogamous partners, people living with disabilities, and those living with neurodivergence. I can support people who are recovering from or have experience with psychosis. I will not shy away from acknowledging how systemic inequality shapes our individual experiences and communities. I am located in San Francisco, California. I currently offer virtual sessions to anyone in California. I also offer outdoor, in person sessions to those living in San Francisco. I acknowledge that this land is stewarded by the Muwekma Ohlone and Tamien nations, and was taken and illegally occupied.
